Nomenclature of Contributions to an Intellectual Work
The Relators nomenclature of the MAchine-Readable Cataloging (MARC) standard, published by the Library of Congress, lists the contribution roles for a published work across all relevant fields—literary, artistic, technical, editorial, etc.—and assigns each a unique three-letter code.
